english, postcards and stamps, but will also exhange money bills and cheques without
charging commission.
Properties
More and
more people enjoy Mojacar and its surroundings so much that they decide to buy
a property here. There are many real estate agents and properties currently for
sale in the region. Getting to see them all can be a daunting task. Thankfully
you can choose the properties that interest you and arrange viewings all on one
website. Click here
to begin a search.
Beaches
Just
opposite the hotel is a large stretch of free, unguarded beach, although without
shade. If you prefer sunshades, deckchairs and drinks on the beach, keep to the
right of the red cross building; outside the Pueblo Indalo all these things are
provided. If however, you take a walk to the left, you will encounter a charming
little beach bar which will also provide you with sunbeds and shade during the
summer season.
Out
and About by bus
The
local bus will take you up and down the Mojacar main road and up to the old village
( Mojacar Pueblo) every 1/2 hour, with the exception of the siesta time, of course.
The bus stop is outside the red cross ( or in front of the Pueblo Indalo, when
you return) . Don't miss the fantastic view afforded from the Plaza in Mojacar
village. The bus will also take you to the street markets: Mojacar ( Wednesday
morning), Garrucha ( Friday morning), and Vera (Saturday). These are worth a visit!
Ask your representative for the time and place of bus departures.
